The La Plata Business Association exists to promote the local businesses in La Plata, Maryland; and to grow the thriving communities in and around the Charles County region. We do this through a variety of services offered, including seasonal promotion events, and regular networking events.
Our board members volunteer their time to lead and to ensure the La Plata Business Association achieves its goals for all members.
Jennifer Vorm is the owner of Livre Financial and has been in business since 2019.
Dr. Monica Allgauer is owner and audiologist at Rocket Hearing & Balance and has been in business since 2019.
Patrick Pierce is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Community Bank of the Chesapeake and has been in business since 2003.
Jeff Marquardt is Pastor at Grace Lutheran Church and School, which has been serving the La Plata community for 61 years
John Flatley Jr is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A La Plata and has been in business since 2003.

The La Plata Business Association meets the first Thursday of every quarter (January, April, June, September) at 8:30am at the La Plata Green Turtle Restaurant and Bar.
